During his years catering in Orlando, Many of Michael’s customers have requested ethnic dishes, vegan cuisine; some have dietary restrictions, and each menu has been carefully crafted to satisfy those wishes. You will never be asked to “choose two items from List A and one from List B”! When you’re seeking something extraordinary rather than ordinary, you’ll find Michael listening, and coming up with ideas for you to consider. He’s even incorporated treasured family recipes into a customer’s event. Catering is much more than dropping off pans with serving spoons. Michael will help you plan your entire event.
